• Location: Ballad Health Bristol Regional Medical Center - 1 Medical Park Boulevard, Bristol, TN 37620. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Part-time; First week, Friday through Monday, 11:00 am to 7:30 pm. Second week, Friday through Sunday, 11:00 am to 7:30 pm. Details provided upon interview.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with applicable standards and regulations to ensure high-quality food service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Takes orders, prepares items, completes orders from steam tables, and serves customers efficiently and courteously.
• Maintains food quality, proper temperatures, and attractive presentation.
• Uses established procedures for ticket collection and record keeping.
• Uses approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Handles food safely, stores foods properly, and maintains sanitation standards.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports issues to supervisors.
• Attends safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintains good relationships with team members and customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
