Job summary

Brock & Company is seeking a Grill Cook for its corporate dining program. The role focuses on breakfast and lunch menu items, daily specials, and made-to-order dishes in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in corporate dining, can operate grill/flat top, fryer, pizza oven, and other kitchen equipment, and can follow health and safety standards while delivering quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate dining environment.
• Experience using a grill/flat top to prepare breakfast and lunch items, daily specials, and made-to-order items.
• Knowledge of operating fryers, pizza ovens, steamers, soup kettles, convection ovens; assembly/disassembly of slicers, blenders, mixers and processors.

Responsibilities

• Lead on breakfast and lunch menu items and daily specials.
• Prepare and plate meals with a focus on quality, taste, and presentation.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain clean, well-organized workstations.
• Provide exemplary customer service in a courteous, friendly manner.
