Job summary

Summit Grill is seeking a cook to assist in creating exceptional dishes and to work under the supervision of the chef. You will set up stations, stock supplies, and help ensure high quality, timely service.

The role requires excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to read and write basic English; a Food Handlers Card is required. This is a full-time position with medical insurance and staff meal discounts.

Responsibilities

• Set up & Stock Stations with all necessary supplies.
• Clean the kitchen before and after food service.
• Prepare ingredients (wash, chop, prep).
• Clean all kitchen equipment before and after use.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness at all times for inspections.
