Job summary

Mo' Bettahs is seeking a grill cook to prepare and cook meats, keep steak and chicken fresh and ready for customers, and maintain a clean, organized grill area with proper storage and labeling.

You will monitor inventory, notify management when supplies run low, ensure foods are cooked to the correct temperatures and served promptly, follow all food safety guidelines, and assist with cleaning and additional kitchen duties as needed in a fast-paced restaurant.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare meats.
• Keep steak and chicken fresh and ready for customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized grill area with proper storage and labeling.
• Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are running low.
• Ensure all items are cooked to the appropriate temperature and served promptly.
