Qualifications

• Age 16 or older.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare meats to proper temperatures and serve promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized grill area with proper storage and labeling.
• Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are low.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines for raw meats and ingredients.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen; perform other duties as needed.
