Mo’ Bettahs is seeking a grill cook to prepare and cook meats, keep the grill area clean and organized, and monitor inventory to prevent shortages. You will ensure all items reach proper temperatures and are served promptly, while assisting with cleaning and general kitchen duties to support daily restaurant operations.

The role requires basic food safety knowledge and a willingness to help in various tasks as needed in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Formación

• At least 16 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Cook and prepare meats for service.
• Maintain a clean, organized grill area with proper labeling of items.
• Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are running low.
• Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperatures and served promptly.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen as needed.
