Job summary

Mo' Bettahs is seeking a grill cook to prepare meats, keep the grill area clean, and ensure proper labeling and storage of food items. You will monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are running low, while adhering to food safety guidelines and maintaining efficiency during service.

The role requires cooking to proper temperatures, meeting fast-paced demands, and assisting with kitchen cleaning and maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare meats and maintain grill area.
• Keep grill area clean and organized; label and store items properly.
• Monitor inventory and inform management when supplies run low.
• Ensure items are cooked to correct temperatures and served promptly.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines for handling raw meats and ingredients.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen as needed.
