Job summary

Mo' Bettahs is seeking a grill cook to prepare and cook meats, keeping steak and chicken fresh for customers. You will maintain a clean grill area, label items correctly, monitor inventory, and ensure all foods reach safe temperatures for quick service.

You’ll follow sanitation guidelines for raw meats, assist with cleaning, and perform other duties as needed to support daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare meats, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Maintain a clean, organized grill area with proper labeling of items.
