Job summary

Mo' Bettahs is seeking a grill cook to prepare and cook meats, keeping grills stocked and ready for service. You will ensure proper temperatures, label ingredients, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen area.

You will follow all food safety guidelines, assist with cleaning and maintenance, and be prepared to help with other kitchen duties as needed in a fast-paced environment. This role also requires reliability and willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare meats to proper temperatures.
• Keep grill area clean and organized with proper labeling of items.
• Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are running low.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of raw meats.
• Assist with other kitchen duties as needed in a fast-paced operation.
