We are hiring immediately for a full-time and part-time GRILL COOK position.

Location: THOP Sierra - 1625 Medical Center Drive, El Paso, TX 79902. Note: online applications accepted only.

Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality food service in compliance with standards and regulations.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Takes customer orders and prepares items requiring short preparation times.
• Serves customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food quality and presentation.
• Uses established procedures for ticket collection and maintains accurate records.
• Uses approved recipes and standards for quality, temperature, and portion control.
• Handles food safely, transporting it in accordance with safety standards.
• Stores foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports issues to supervisors.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintains positive relationships with coworkers and management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
