Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station according to applicable standards and regulations to ensure high-quality service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short preparation time, using steam tables and serving at multiple stations.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food quality, temperature, and presentation.
• Follow established ticket-collection procedures and maintain accurate records during service.
• Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
• Transport food safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
• Store foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Address customer concerns and report relevant issues to supervisors.
• Attend in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Perform duties safely, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
