Job Summary

The Grill Cook prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality food service in compliance with standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short preparation times.
2. Serve food efficiently and courteously, ensuring proper temperature, attractiveness, and taste.
3. Use ticket-collection procedures and maintain accurate records.
4. Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
5. Transport food safely between workstations and storage areas.
6. Store foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
7. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
8. Address customer concerns and report issues to supervisors.
9. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
10. Maintain positive relationships with team members and customers.
11. Work safely and maintain a clean environment.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.
