We are hiring immediately for a full-time and part-time GRILL COOK position.

Location

Mars Waco - 1001 Texas Central Parkway, Waco, TX 76712. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule

Full-time and part-time schedules. Monday - Friday, hours may vary, including rotating weekends. More details upon interview.

Requirements

• Previous grill experience is required.
• Breakfast experience is preferred.

Pay Range

$18.00 to $18.50 per hour

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with standards to ensure high-quality food service.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare items, and serve at multiple stations.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food quality and temperature.
• Follow ticket-collection procedures and maintain records.
• Use recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Transport food safely between stations.
• Store foods properly, following safety procedures.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Resolve customer concerns and report issues.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
