Job Summary

Prepares food according to standards and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties:

• Prepare high-quality food following recipes and instructions.
• Serve meals with correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and proper storage of food and supplies.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist with production planning, ordering, and record-keeping.
• Report maintenance issues and participate in safety meetings.
• Follow safety standards and policies, including HACCP standards.
