Job Summary

Prepares food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality and safety at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food following recipes and instructions.
• Serve meals with proper portioning, temperature, and presentation; taste all food.
• Follow ticketing procedures during service; maintain records.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas; handle food safely.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in planning, ordering, and record-keeping.
• Report maintenance issues immediately.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Work collaboratively with team members and maintain a safe environment.
• Follow HACCP standards for food safety.
