We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position.

Location: Bell Plant 5 - 1700 North Highway 360, Grand Prairie, TX 75050. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station according to federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure high-quality food service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Takes orders and prepares items requiring short preparation; completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations.
2. Serves customers efficiently and friendly, ensuring food is at correct temperature, attractive, and tasty. Tastes all prepared food items.
3. Uses established procedures during service; responsible for records from the area worked.
4. Uses approved recipes and standards for quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
5. Transports food items safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
6. Stores foods properly following safety and rotation procedures.
7. Cleans and maintains work areas, equipment, and utensils to meet sanitation standards.
8. Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant issues to supervisors.
9. Attends in-service and safety meetings.
10. Maintains good relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
11. Performs job safely, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
