We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time PREP COOK positions.

Location: American Airlines- Sv6 - 4501 Highway 360, Fort Worth, TX 76155. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules. Monday - Sunday, 5:00 am - 8:00 pm. Days and hours may vary, including weekends. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous culinary experience preferred.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items following established recipes and quantities.
• Complete and follow production worksheets and waste logs. Taste meals for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use.
• Store, label, and date all food items per policy, following HACCP guidelines.
• Complete documentation, reports, and logs as required.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations.
• Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short prep time.
• Serve customers efficiently and friendly.
• Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Resolve customer concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
