We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position.

Location: Infomart - 1950 Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, TX 75207. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous culinary experience required.

Perks: $250 after 90 days of employment!

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with applicable standards and regulations to ensure high-quality food service.

Responsibilities

1. Takes orders and prepares items requiring short preparation. Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations.
2. Serves customers efficiently and friendly, ensuring food quality and temperature. Tastes all prepared food items.
3. Uses established procedures for ticket collection and maintains records during service.
4. Uses approved recipes and standards for quality, serving temperature, and portion control.
5. Carries pans, kettles, and trays safely between workstations.
6. Stores foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
7. Cleans and sanitizes work areas and utensils.
8. Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant issues to supervisor.
9. Attends in-service and safety meetings.
10. Maintains good relationships with coworkers and management.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
