• We are hiring immediately for a full-time COOK position.
• Location: Charles Schwab at Westlake - 3003 Schwab Way, Roanoke, TX 76262. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Prepares food according to standards, ensuring quality food service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes and instructions.
2. Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
3. Uses established ticket procedures during service and maintains records.
4. Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas.
5. Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
6. Assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting.
7. Assists in ordering and receiving supplies.
8. Reports maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
9. Attends safety meetings and maintains good relationships with staff and customers.
10. Follows HACCP standards and safety policies, including proper use of gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
