Join to apply for the GRILL COOK (FULL TIME) role at Morrison Healthcare.

We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position.

Location: McLeod Regional Medical Center - 555 East Cheves Street, Florence, SC 29506. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time. Monday through Friday, 11:00 am to 7:30 pm, and weekend shifts from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous cooking experience is preferred but not required.

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality food service in compliance with standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Takes orders and prepares items requiring short preparation; completes orders from steam tables and serves customers.
2. Serves customers efficiently and friendly, ensuring food is at the correct temperature, attractive, and tasty.
3. Uses established procedures for ticket collection and maintains records.
4. Uses approved recipes and standards for quality, temperature, and portion control.
5. Carries food and supplies safely between workstations and storage areas.
6. Stores foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
7. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
8. Resolves customer concerns and reports to supervisor.
9. Attends in-service and safety meetings.
10. Maintains good working relationships with team members and management.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
