We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position.

Location

Flik - 850 Rio Salado Parkway, Tempe, AZ 85281. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule

Full-time schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm; Friday, 6:00 am - 11:00 am. More details upon interview.

Requirements

• Must have breakfast experience and grill experience.

Pay Rate

$19.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food and serve customers at the grill station according to standards and regulations to ensure high-quality service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare items requiring short prep, complete orders from steam tables, and serve customers.
• Serve efficiently and friendly, ensuring food quality, temperature, and presentation. Taste all prepared food.
• Use established ticket procedures, maintain records during service.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality, temperature, and portion control.
• Transport food safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
• Store foods properly, following safety, wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures.
• Maintain sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Address customer concerns and report issues to supervisor.
• Attend training and safety meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Perform duties safely and keep the work environment clean and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
