• We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position.
• Location: 1305 West 23rd Street, Tempe, AZ 85282. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time. Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous BOH or grill cook experience required.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station following federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure high-quality food service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Take orders and prepare items requiring short preparation. Complete orders from steam tables and serve customers at multiple stations.
• Serve customers efficiently and friendly, ensuring food is at the correct temperature and visually appealing. Taste all prepared food items.
• Use established ticket-collection procedures during service. Keep records from the area worked during service periods.
• Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality, proper serving temperatures, and portion control.
• Transport pans, kettles, and trays safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
• Store foods properly, following safety, wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain all work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Resolve customer concerns and report relevant information to supervisors.
• Attend in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Perform duties safely, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
