Job Details

• Location: CLV Mars Chocolate - 3500 Peerless Road Northwest, Cleveland, TN 37312. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday, 7:00 pm to 3:30 am. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior cooking experience is required.
• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.
• Additional: Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with applicable standards and regulations to ensure high-quality food service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation; completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations.
2. Serves customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food is at the correct temperature, attractive, and tasty.
3. Uses established procedures for ticket collection and maintains records during service.
4. Uses approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
5. Transfers food safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
6. Stores foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
7. Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils.
8. Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant issues to supervisors.
9. Attends safety and in-service meetings.
10. Maintains good relationships with coworkers and management.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
