Job Opening: Grill Cook

We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position at Eurest.

Location: Alliant - 3009 Post Oak Cafe, Houston, TX 77056. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 6:15 am - 3:15 pm. More details provided during interview.

Requirements: Previous culinary experience required.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station according to federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure high-quality food service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take orders, prepare items requiring short preparation, and serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Ensure food is at the correct temperature, attractive, and tasty; taste all prepared food items.
• Use established procedures for ticket collection and record keeping during service.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality, temperature, and portion control.
• Transport pans and trays safely to and from workstations.
• Store foods properly following safety and rotation procedures.
• Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment.
• Resolve customer concerns and report relevant issues to supervisors.
• Attend in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
