Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station following federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure high-quality food service.

Essential Duties:

• Takes customer orders and prepares items requiring short preparation times.
• Serves customers efficiently and friendly, ensuring food is at the correct temperature, attractive, and tasty. Tastes all prepared food items.
• Uses established ticket procedures and records during service.
• Uses approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Transfers food safely between workstations and storage areas.
• Stores foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Maintains sanitation standards through cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment.
• Addresses customer concerns and reports relevant information to supervisors.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintains positive relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Performs job safely and maintains a clean work environment.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
