Job Opening: Grill Cook at Morrison Healthcare

Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Grill Cook positions at Baptist Princeton Hospital, Birmingham, AL. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time shifts from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with rotational days. Details provided during interview.

Requirements: Previous experience as a grill or line cook preferred.

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality service in compliance with standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short preparation times.
2. Serve food efficiently and courteously, ensuring proper temperature and presentation.
3. Follow established procedures for ticket collection and record keeping.
4. Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
5. Transport food safely between workstations, adhering to safety standards.
6. Store foods properly following safety and rotation procedures.
7. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
8. Address customer concerns and report issues to supervisors.
9. Participate in in-service and safety meetings.
10. Maintain positive relationships with team members and management.
11. Perform duties safely and maintain a clean work environment.
12. Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
