Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station according to federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure high-quality service.

Essential Duties:

• Take orders, prepare quick items, serve from steam tables, and handle multiple stations.
• Serve efficiently and friendly, ensuring food is at the right temperature, attractive, and tasty. Taste all items.
• Use ticket procedures, record keeping during service.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Transport food safely between work areas.
• Store foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Address customer concerns and report to supervisors.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with colleagues and management.
• Work safely and keep the environment clean.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
