Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in kitchen preparation and line cook.
• Able to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, stock, and maintain high-quality cuisine according to standards.
• Maintain clean, sanitary workstation and adhere to sanitation rules.
• Close the kitchen properly and assist others with closing.
• Report shortages or issues to the Chef promptly.
