Job summary

Mo' Bettahs is seeking a grill cook to prepare and cook meats, keeping the grill area clean and organized and ensuring proper labeling and storage of food items. You will monitor inventory, cook foods to temperature, and serve promptly while following all safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include assisting with kitchen cleaning and maintenance as needed, and working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Experience preferred, and candidates must be 16+ and authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare meats for service.
• Maintain clean and organized grill area with proper labeling and storage.
• Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies run low.
• Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperatures and served promptly.
• Assist with cleaning and general kitchen tasks as needed.
