Genesis Hospitality and Dining LLC is seeking an experienced, energetic Grill Cook for its Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn. This full-time role requires preparing and cooking a variety of menu items, following recipes and presentation standards, and maintaining sanitary kitchen conditions.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work weekends, mornings, and evenings in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus, though not required.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Willing to work weekends, mornings, and evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Prepare and cook meats, poultry, fish, vegetables, and other foods.
• Operate grills, broilers, ovens, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and product quality.
• Maintain consistent portion sizes, doneness, seasoning, temperature, and presentation.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
• Support Kitchen Manager with duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary workstation.
• Adhere to food handling guidelines and waste reduction practices.
• Attend in-service training as assigned.
