Genesis Hospitality is seeking experienced, team-oriented candidates for The Lambertville Station Inn, a high-volume restaurant in Lambertville, NJ. The candidate should be willing to work on weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed to keep service moving smoothly.

Responsibilities include acting as the kitchen expeditor in the absence of a chef, ensuring orders are relayed to cooks, finishing plates, and packaging takeout orders.

Qualifications

• Experience as kitchen expeditor or similar role.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly.
• Willingness to work on weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take the place of having no chef in the kitchen.
• Front expediter ensures orders are called to the cooks.
• Finish all plates and packaging for takeout orders.
• Prepare desserts for servers and maintain expeditor area.
• Keep kitchen expeditor area clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
