Bellini at Mr. C Coconut Grove is seeking a Grill Cook to join our kitchen staff and help maintain high standards of food quality and service. This role offers exposure to a luxury hospitality environment within Mr C Hotels' Miami Coconut Grove property.

You will prepare and grill a variety of dishes, work collaboratively with a busy kitchen team, and ensure clean, safe, and efficient operation during all shifts. A background in grilling and kitchen teamwork is preferred.

Qualifications

• Work experience as a Grill cook or similar role.
• Willingness to work as a team player when preparing dishes and coordinating meal service.
• Organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and kitchen.
• Hands-on experience with professional kitchen equipment.
• Understanding of health and safety rules in a kitchen.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends.
• Culinary degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and grill foods to meet customer preferences.
