Job summary

Tender Greens is seeking a Grill Cook/Carver with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to thrive in a fast-paced team. You will learn and grow in the culinary space while delivering great value and friendly service to guests.

Responsibilities include preparing items to order, proper portioning, sanitization, restocking, and collaborating with the Chef to ensure a superb guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years on the line in a restaurant setting.
• Must be 18 years or older with food handler's card.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and with a team.
• Understanding professional cooking and knife handling.
• Flexible schedule based on restaurant needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items to order following recipes and time limits.
• Ensure orders are properly portioned and ready to serve.
• Disinfect and sanitize cutting boards, worktables, grill and equipment.
• Restock items depleted during the shift and review status with Chef.
• Transport equipment, supplies, and utensils to and from work areas.
• Store foods properly to prevent spoilage and learn new menu items.
