Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to production sheets and menus.
• Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness.
• Follow food safety, HACCP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Operate and sanitize equipment safely (slicer, mixer, processors, etc.).
• Notify management of any ingredient discrepancies or safety concerns.
