Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook burgers, chicken, breakfast items, sandwiches, and other grill menu items.
• Operate flat-top grills and other commercial kitchen equipment safely.
• Prepare food according to recipes, portion standards, and customer orders.
• Set up and stock the grill station before service.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and follow food safety procedures.
• Keep the grill, cooking equipment, and surrounding work area clean and sanitized.
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift.
• Follow proper food handling, labeling, rotation, and storage procedures.
• Communicate with team members to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
• Assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
