Job summary

Southern Foodservice Management is hiring a Grill Cook for the Kamtek facility in Birmingham, AL, on the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM) with a $15.00–$17.00 hourly pay.

You will operate the Short-Order Grill Station during service, assist in kitchen prep, ensure correct item quantities and temperatures, follow HACCP standards, maintain logs, and keep the station clean and organized according to company procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a short-order grill station.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced line.

Responsibilities

• Operate Short-Order Grill Station during service.
• Assist in Kitchen with food preparation duties and cooking as assigned by Management.
• Maintain correct quantities and quality of menu items.
• Maintain food temperature logs and ensure proper temperatures during service.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
