Job summary

Eurest at Regions Operation Center in Hoover, AL is hiring full-time Grill Cook to prepare and serve at the grill station, following federal, state and Eurest standards. The role requires sanitation knowledge, knife skills, and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced kitchen; shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:00 pm, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Sanitation knowledge, knife skills, fast-paced cooking skills, time management and multitasking required.
• Experience at grill station or similar kitchen role preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and portion controls.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation at the grill station and serves customers.
• Ensures food is at correct temperature, tastes items, and follows steps of service.
• Maintains sanitation and safety standards; cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment.
• Adheres to ticket-collection procedures and records during service.
• Supports team and communicates with supervisor as needed.
