The ideal candidate is passionate about food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has experience preparing high-quality grilled menu items while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include preparing and cooking grilled items to chef specifications, ensuring consistency and presentation, keeping workstations clean, and collaborating with fellow cooks

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Grill Cook, Line Cook, or similar role.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred.
• Knowledge of grilling techniques, food quality standards, and food safety practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to safely work around hot surfaces, open flames, and commercial kitchen equipment.

Environmental Conditions

• Fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to heat, noise, and varying temperatures.
• Use of kitchen equipment, cleaning chemicals, and electrical equipment.
