Job summary

Food Provisions LLC in Key Biscayne is seeking a reliable Grill Cook to join our culinary team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking burgers, sandwiches, and breakfast items while upholding quality and food safety standards.

The ideal candidate has experience as a Grill Cook, Line Cook, or in a similar fast-paced kitchen environment and can work rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, including weekends and holidays based on operational needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Grill Cook, Line Cook, Cook, or similar food-service position preferred.
• Experience preparing burgers, sandwiches, breakfast items, and other made-to-order dishes in a commercial kitchen.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, recipes, portion control, food presentation, and quality standards.
• Ability to safely operate grill equipment and maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation.
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and safe food-handling procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen while maintaining quality and timely service.
• Strong reliability, teamwork, and willingness to assist with food preparation and other kitchen operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook burgers, sandwiches, breakfast items, and other made-to-order dishes with consistency and quality.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation and grill area.
• Operate grill equipment safely and follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
