Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare all grill-related food items according to prescribed methods, including cleaning, cutting ingredients, and cooking on the grill (steaks, burgers, poultry, etc.).
  2. Ensure availability of all grill station materials and supplies, including utensils, seasonings, and ingredients.
  3. Set up the grill station following established guidelines for efficient service and quality guest experience.
  4. Follow recipes and plating guidelines to ensure consistency in presentation and taste.
  5. Operate the grill independently, managing temperatures and cooking times to meet quality standards.
  6. Prepare grilled food items based on sales forecasts and business levels.
  7. Adhere to HACCP procedures during shifts to ensure food safety.
  8. Order grill-specific food and non-food items as needed.
  9. Maintain safety standards while using knives, grills, and other equipment.
  10. Restock and breakdown the grill station at shift end, ensuring readiness for the next day.
  11. Clean and organize the grill station and equipment throughout and at the end of shifts.
  12. Stay updated on products and procedures related to grilling techniques and ingredients.
  13. Communicate inventory needs and suggestions for improvements to management.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring efficient shift operation.
  15. Follow safety and sanitation practices, report hazards or accidents.
Departmental Responsibilities:
  1. Arrive punctually and adhere to attendance policies.
  2. Respect company property and keep work areas clean.
  3. Attend pre-shift meetings and training.
  4. Follow cleaning checklists and safety policies.
  5. Address customer complaints and remain engaged during service.
  6. Maintain knowledge of the beverage menu.
  7. Communicate issues or suggestions to management.
  8. Support teamwork and customer experience.
  9. Assist with table clearing and dish handling.
  10. Maintain focus and perform cleaning tasks promptly.
  11. Follow food safety and sanitation practices.
Qualifications:

  2. Culinary degree preferred but not required.
  3. Good communication skills.
  4. Ability to handle a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
