Job summary

Grill & Chill Crew is seeking team members to assist with all kitchen operations and treat preparation, ensuring every item meets safety and health standards. You will assemble orders, stock and maintain dining areas, and work as part of a cooperative team to deliver quality food and service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include following safety guidelines, operating equipment, and staying alert to customer needs.

• Must be able to read order monitors and recall products.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly, quickly and politely with co-workers to ensure correct order is served to the customers.
• Prepare treat products following restaurant, health and safety standards and procedures quickly and accurately.
• Be pleasant and alert to customer needs.
• Operate and maintain chill equipment and cooking equipment safely per health standards.
• Work as a team member to assure quality, service, cleanliness and value to each customer.
• Clean work area, organize and stock needed items; move items to the immediate work area.
• Stocks and rotates products.
• Completes assigned prep work for stocking and chill area setup.
• Controls food production process.
• Breaks down and cleans chill area at day end as directed by management.
• Wash counters, restrooms, and clean dining/service areas.
• Occasional off-site tasks for parking lot trash removal and maintenance.
• Inform supervisor of significant issues.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
• Operates chill area in accordance with PRIDE standards, policies and procedures.
• Responsible for quick, accurate and safe treat production.
• Assist in restaurant success by adhering to quality, value, service and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain positive working relationships with staff to promote a cooperative environment.
• Communicate significant issues with management.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds up to 10 times per six-hour shift.
• Must work under pressure in a high-volume restaurant.
• Must be able to move quickly in customer service areas with many customers.
• Must work in varying temperature ranges.
• Must stand for long periods.
• Must read order monitors and communicate products.
