Hawksmoor Boston is seeking a passionate Charcoal Grill Chef to join our opening team. You will manage the charcoal grill and work with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality, perfectly grilled meats, seafood, and vegetables to our guests.

We’re looking for a passionate Charcoal Grill Chef to join our Hawksmoor Boston opening team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for working with and managing the charcoal grill to prepare high-quality, perfectly grilled meats, seafood, and vegetables for our guests. You’ll work alongside our kitchen team to ensure timely, efficient food preparation while maintaining Hawksmoor’s high standards of excellence in every dish.
You’ll be expected to handle knives, operate kitchen equipment, and prep ingredients in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality will be key to your success in this role.
