Children's Wisconsin is seeking a Program Facilitator to plan and operate grief services for families affected by loss, collaborating with the Grief Services team. The role emphasizes developing curricula, delivering group support, and training volunteers across diverse populations.

You will apply current therapeutic techniques, assess programs, and expand offerings while coordinating with internal and community partners. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Formación

• Master's degree in a Human Services field required.
• Clinical licensure preferred.
• 2+ years of professional experience with children and adults required.
• Experience with diverse ethnic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds preferred.
• Thorough understanding of the grief process and related supports.

Responsabilidades

• Creates and maintains materials to strengthen bereavement and palliative care program projects.
• Participates in committee work and other initiatives to support program development.
• Oversees grief services support group programming; coordinates group programming, develops curriculum, provides in-takes, facilitates groups.
• Develops grief curriculum and materials for school programming; facilitates school groups.
• Provides training for volunteer facilitators and ongoing volunteer staff development.
• Responds to staff and community requests for information, education, resources, and presentations.
• Supports staff resiliency and mental health after critical incidents.
