Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; license eligible or board certified depending on degree and jurisdiction.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical counseling experience in grief, loss and survivorship.
• Experience with individual, family, couples and group grief counseling.

Responsibilities

• Develops Bereavement Plan of Care based on IDT assessment after patient death.
• Provides community-based short-term grief counseling as requested.
• Develops and facilitates grief support groups, workshops and programs.
• Collaborates with staff in partner facilities and regional teams.
