Job summary

Children's Wisconsin is seeking a Program Facilitator for Grief Services to plan and carry out family-centered grief support programs, in partnership with the Grief Services Supervisor. You will work with children and adults affected by trauma and loss, developing new therapeutic opportunities, evaluating programs, and training volunteers.

The role requires a Master's in a Human Services field, 2+ years of experience, and willingness to travel within Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Human Services field (counseling, social work, art therapy) required.
• Clinical licensure preferred.
• 2+ years of professional experience with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain materials to strengthen bereavement and palliative care program projects.
• Oversee grief services programming and curriculum development.
• Coordinate group programming, facilitation, and intake processes.
• Provide training for volunteer facilitators and staff development.
• Respond to community requests for information and presentations.
• Support staff resilience after critical incidents.
