Strong interpersonal skills and relevant master’s-level education are required, with healthcare experience preferred. Responsibilities include community education, team collaboration, and adherence to HIPAA and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or pastoral studies (or equivalent).
• 3 years post-master’s experience, including internships.
• 1 year grief counseling for children and families; 2 years in healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family grief counseling.
• Co-facilitate bereavement support groups as needed.
• Oversee bereavement program components and training.
• Participate in community education on grief and bereavement.
• Foster positive relationships within team and organization.
