Job summary

The role emphasizes technical leadership, mentoring engineers and analysts, and advancing grid modernization efforts with DER integration and non-wires alternatives. Based in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field with 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience leading technical consulting engagements in power systems, distribution planning, and grid modernization.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver distribution planning studies and consulting projects.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage QA/QC, reporting, and documentation to ensure consistency across deliverables.
• Coordinate staffing and resources across internal departments and project managers.
• Identify risks, issues, and schedule changes and develop mitigation plans.
• Support business development and client engagement activities.
