Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Enterprise Service Product Manager to own the networking services portfolio spanning service products, tools, enablement training, and renewals. You will drive pricing, requirements, and market benchmarking to grow adoption and customer satisfaction.

This role requires 8+ years in networking and services product management with strong leadership, cross-functional influence, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Masters or equivalent in business and/or technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in networking and services product management.
• Ability to influence at all levels of the service business.
• Excellent communications and presentation skills; highly analytical.

Responsibilities

• Develop service products by identifying potential service offerings, generating requirements and specifications, including pricing.
• Define Service New Product Introduction processes, strategy, service requirements and policy development for Data Center Networking.
• Evaluate customer ecosystem and identify data center networking specific service requirements.
• Drive networking service adoption, renewal rate increases, and end-user satisfaction; measure success via net promoter score.
