Job summary

Accenture is seeking a utility operations professional to support Transmission & Distribution modernization efforts, focusing on real-time systems such as SCADA, EMS, ADMS, and DERMS across electric, gas, and water utilities.

You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, drive process improvements, and contribute to project delivery while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience in utility operations and real-time systems.
Experience with SCADA, EMS, ADMS, DERMS, OMS, GIS or related utility technologies.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements and project delivery.
Understanding of utility operational processes and how OT supports reliability and grid performance.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize real-time operational systems including SCADA, EMS, ADMS, DERMS, and related technologies.
Lead delivery of real-time systems and grid modernization projects for electric, gas, and water utility clients.
Perform current-state assessments, process analysis, and operational improvement evaluations.
Support requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and change management activities.
Develop client deliverables, including assessments, roadmaps, process documentation, business cases, and executive presentations.
Identify operational risks, issues, and dependencies and support mitigation planning throughout project delivery.
Collaborate with utility clients, system integrators, and technology vendors to support successful project execution.
Ability to travel as required to support client engagements.
