Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior Utilities practitioner to lead ADMS/OMS modernization programs for electric distribution utilities. You will guide strategy, roadmaps, and implementation across DSCADA integration, network modeling, FLISR, and DER integration, while shaping client outcomes and driving value.

Travel may be required as projects vary across locations. You will mentor teams, partner with CIS, GIS, AMI, and IVR platforms, and help advance AI-enabled grid operations within a dynamic

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Utilities delivering ADMS/OMS or related transformations.
• 3+ years with leading ADMS or OMS platforms (GE Vernova, Schneider Electric, Oracle, AspenTech).
• Experience with DSCADA, network modeling, FLISR, VVO, load flow, outage restoration.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, IT, and exec levels.
• Bachelor’s degree or 12 years of work equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements for ADMS/OMS modernization and storm response.
• Define strategy, roadmaps, sequencing, and expected business value.
• Oversee ADMS/OMS implementations including DSCADA integration and modeling.
• Develop distribution operations roadmaps aligned with grid modernization.
• Lead cross-functional teams through design, testing, deployment, and training.
• Support business development with proposals and client workshops.
• Mentor consultants and drive ADMS/OMS capability growth.
